Answers To Your Most Pressing Questions

Why is the retreat 21 days?

It takes 21 days to break a habit and create a new one. Not only are we goind to do that but, we’re going create new neural pathways. We’re going to erase all those limiting beliefs, all the beliefs that don’t serve you, and we’re going to input new neural pathways that serve you, that bring you health, that bring you love and that bring you purpose.

We’re going to reprogram the cells in your body. We’re going to reprogram the subconscious mind. We’re going to get into the heart. For 21 days, there is going to be an immersion into everything that serves you and is good for you. You’re really getting 21 days of quality, experience and education and data. This is so when you leave Mountains of Hope and you go home, you’re not going to be triggered to go back to the past, to the bad habits, to the health things that don’t serve you. You’re going to be a new person with a new personality and a new mission. That’s why 21 days is important.

Can you really heal people at the retreat?

The only person that can heal you is you and your creator.  Think of Joe Dispenza’s amazing story. This man, in his mid 20s, broke 6 vertebrae in his back. He was doing a triathlon when someone hit him going 55 miles an hour and dragged him down the road. And he’s laying in bed, and they’re saying, “Hey, you’re never going to walk again. And your only hope is to put a rod down the entire center of your back.” He said, “No, I’m not going to do that.” And he said, “I am going to lay here until I can rebuild every vertebrae in my back with my mind and my emotions.” It took 21 days where he could do it without breaking his concentration. For example, “Okay, I’m healing vertebrae number 6. Oh, shit, I’m never going to walk again.” Broke his concentration, he started again. So, it took them 21 days so he could go, boom, boom, boom, and not have the mind wander.

Meditation and the power of the mind is so powerful. As you stay present,  you lose yourself, and you find yourself in the field of infinite possibilities where a healed body already exists, and then you merge it into your current physical reality. Learning to work with the power of your mind is  invaluable and  Mountains of Hope will create a space to work with these tools and harness the power within you.

The intelligence that created the body can heal the body and bring healing to your life. We are just going to be the conduit or the vehicle that helps you get there. You are going to get the education, the nutrition and experience with the doctor. It could be any number of things to heal you or all of them, but we’re going to offer you this big buffet of healing technologies and modalities.  You will choose what works for you, embrace it, and you will  find your own healing. That is powerful.

How many people will attend the retreat?

Up to 15 people will attend each retreat. The beautiful thing, the thing that excites me the most is 2 or 3 of those people will be women that came to us via the Love From Margot Foundation, a nonprofit based in the United States. They’ll be attend as our guests. These are women below the poverty line, with a recent cancer diagnosis, who want to try a natural approach to healing.

Each attendee will go through an application process and be approved by staff. We are looking for open-minded people who are willing to open their hearts. You have to be willing to be vulnerable. You have to be willing to say, “Hey, man, I want to change, and I’ll do whatever it takes,” because we are going to push you.

Our goal is to create a group of people where there’s synergy. So at the end of the 21 days, we’re going to be a unique tribe that came together, opened our hearts, opened our minds, let new teachings come in, let new healings come in, and had this amazing experience together.

How often will you host retreats?

There will be 10 21-day retreats in 2022, with the  1st retreat in January.

How much does it cost to attend?
